Who is BrutaliTeas?BrutaliTeas is a loose leaf tea company that was established in 2016 that has combined all of the things that we truly love the most (tea, metal, horror, and a good play on words), to create one REALLY amazing thing that we love even more!
We have taken what would seemingly be an unlikely combination, to create and bring you unique and quality hand-crafted loose leaf "fandom" tea blends inspired by horror & thriller movies, metal/rock music, and all things dark & spooky. We are huge fans of all our inspirations and are making fun and unique products for other like-minded fans. We have created something that we not only connect with on a personal level, but that our customers truly connect with as well. Our genuine love for what we do translates over into our product, and we have found that our customers recognize and appreciate this about our brand. While BrutaliTeas has been in operation for nearly 10 years, we have nearly 20 years of experience working with loose leaf teas. All of our blends are conceptualized and handcrafted by ourselves, with flavor profiles skillfully crafted to match up as closely as possible with the aesthetic and overall vibe of their inspirations. Our teas are sourced from around the world from reputable suppliers that have been in the industry anywhere between 15-25 years. While we undeniably have a lot of fun with our brand, we’re also firm believers in providing quality tea blends and customer service that customers will love, connect with, and continue to buy. |
Why Tea?To which we always reply, WHY NOT tea?!
We recognize that teas are not something you typically see being offered as a merchandise item in the music and/or horror film industry, but we’re here to change that. While many people may believe coffee is the most consumed beverage, next to water, tea is actually one of the most widely consumed beverages WORLDWIDE. Having said that, there will always be an undeniable demand for tea, even amongst the horror and metal communities! We’re proud to say that approximately 60% of our sales are from repeat customers from all over the world! Our primary audience age range is 25-45 years, with a 65% female demographic, and 35% male demographic. Tea is a unique find that we have found people truly get excited for. Much like with music and film, people also tend to connect with tea on a more personal level and appreciate it for the experience it provides them while having it. If you're looking for a fun and more obscure merchandise item, we've got you covered! Projects We have worked on:Over recent years, we've had the pleasure of working with and creating blends for films, musicians, authors, artists, and other small businesses. Most notably, one our teas that we created was some of the very first merchandise items made for the original Terrifier film. More recently we have created a full tea collection for the STREAM franchise, as well as for established bands such as Wednesday 13, and Aether Realm, as part of their official online and tour merchandise.
